The purpose of the Leadership Design Work Group is to assist the social transformation of the Mid South by strengthening the capacity of individuals, families, organizations, institutions, and policymakers to develop healthier and more sustainable communities in the Delta Region.

The Louisiana Leadership Design Work Group has recently participated in community asset mapping to uncover the potential of the Louisiana Delta region, build on its strengths and determine what it needs.

Each of the Work Groups has protected Work Spaces to organize their working notes, research and preliminary documents. Groups can store documents in these password-protected areas.
