The purpose of the Leadership Design Work Group is to assist the social transformation of the Mid South by strengthening the capacity of individuals, families, organizations, institutions, and policymakers to develop healthier and more sustainable communities in the Delta Region.

Along with the other Mississippi Design Work Groups, the Leadership group is assessing the current situation of the Delta and developing an understanding of the Culture of Possibilities Theory of Change.

Each of the Work Groups has protected Work Spaces to organize their working notes, research and preliminary documents. Groups can store documents in these password-protected areas.
