Mississippi Youth Design Work Group
The purpose of the Youth Design Work Group is to engage youth as full partners in the change work of the Delta. The Mississippi Youth Design group recently explored successful strategies that intentionally design opportunities for youth, such as shadow days, control days, and youth empowerment conferences. Along with the other Mississippi Design Work Groups, the Youth group is assessing the current situation of the Delta and developing an understanding of the Culture of Possibilities Theory of Change.
