The purpose of the Leadership Design Work Group is to assist the social transformation of the Mid South by strengthening the capacity of individuals, families, organizations, institutions, and policymakers to develop healthier and more sustainable communities in the Delta Region.

The Regional Leadership Design Group is continuing the development of a strategic plan to Lift up the Delta. By thinking beyond their states’ boundaries, they are arriving at a collective Vision for the entire region.

Each of the Work Groups has protected Work Spaces to organize their working notes, research and preliminary documents. Groups can store documents in these password-protected areas. If you are a member, you can get your passwords from the regional facilitator.
